Childlike Believer!

“A cry for help from the heart of a childlike believer is sweet praise in the ears of God. Nothing exalts Him more than the collapse of self-reliance which issues in passionate prayer for help. “Call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me” (Ps. 50:15). Doesn’t it just fill you with joy to know God? I think it is wonderful how God inspired men to write His Word. He (God) has put everything in there so we could live for Him and have fellowship with Him.

We are to come to Him as a child, believing that He will do what He has promised. Coming to Him with a childlike faith is sweet praise in the ears of God. When we come to the Father with praise, we bless the Father’s heart. It should be all our desires to get to know the Lord more each day.

Thank you, Father for your love, compassion, grace, and deliverance. It is so wonderfully awesome to know you, to love you and to walk with you in the stillness of the midnight and hear your gentle voice whispering “All is well”. Praise your Holy Name.
